Go to your block settings by clicking on the Block button.
Click on Add Video Background checkbox, and enter the YouTube video URL. The video background only works with YouTube videos. You have settings for play time, audio, and more.
NOTE: Video backgrounds do not play on mobile devices, so you also need to add a background image to your container.
